Help your athletes become healthier while devloping lifelong healthy habits 8-10 Week Health and Fitness Program Available virtually or in person as early as October of 2020! 

Curriculum Features: 

Health education covering social-emotional wellness, nutrition, exercise, and how all three impact the health of an individual

15-20 minutes of class dedicated to presenting on nutrition, fitness tips and social-emotional wellness 

Weekly nutrition and hydration tracking Weekly workout including strength, cardio, and stretching components 

30-45 minutes of class dedicated to physical exercise 

New exercises introduced each week
