Try tracking your mood!
Want to find an easy way to keep track of your happiness and mental health? Try using a mood tracker!

Mood trackers are a way for us to visually lay out how we are feeling over a period of time. For instance, we can track our overall mood for each day throughout an entire month. Coloring in the section for each day can allow us to reflect on how we are doing with keeping up a Strong Mind. If we notice that we have a lot of sad or angry days, maybe we can tune in to some coping tasks to help us get back on track and color in some happy days!

Having a strong mind will help us stay motivated throughout this challenge!
